"Lack of accountability, throwing people under the bus will get rewarded. There's a lack of transparency but that's not surprising because the CEO will not speak to groups larger then 15 people."

"Disappointing is an understatement. Robustness is heresy, which has produced products that continue to constantly break. The people are arrogant, though that is not surprising because the executive team typifies it. They are truly some of the most selfish and spoiled people I've met. This combination leads to continued degradation throughout because no one in the company every takes accountability for anything that goes wrong. The environment is driven by politics and not quality of work (about a 90-10 split at best). For new employees I would recommend engaging and playing office politics on day 1. This is critical not just for your time at LiveRamp but more importantly for when you decide to leave, as there have been multiple people who have done quality work but were crushed by leadership after leaving when other companies called for references (which is terrible, especially for people who contributed substantially during the time they gave)."

"Hire/fire mentality, window dressing values and culture in EU."
